Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• Returns are only accepted in original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Opened or custom-made products are excluded from return or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case of a manufacturing defect:
• We cover the return shipping costs.
• After inspection, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
• In cases of improper use, the customer bears the costs.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order up until the time of shipment.
After shipment, the return conditions listed above apply.
